"Boş ver" — literally "leave it empty", used like "never mind" but warmer. The first time someone said it to me I panicked; now I use it three times a day.
"Kolay gelsin" — "may it come easy". We say it to anyone working. Bus drivers, cashiers, a friend at their desk. You can end any errand with it and people smile.
"Afiyet olsun" — untranslatable. Not quite "bon appétit", more like "may it bring you wellbeing". We say it before, during, and after a meal, and to the person who cooked as thanks.
